Tom Gibson

"Amazing to watch…an eye-opening moment of revelation about how good comedy can be.” – Riot Act

Tom Gibson is a comedy renegade who has been blasting his way across Australia for the last decade, leaving comedy rooms in tatters and audiences rolling on the floor in hysterics. Unorthodox but effective, just buckle up and enjoy his dynamic brand of comedy magic.

Hamish Hudson

“This guy will be the next Tim Minchin….” – Austen Tayshus

Hamish has been performing hilarious songs about nothing for years everywhere from Melbourne Town Hall (Melbourne International Comedy Festival) to The Sydney Comedy Store (RAW Comedy) and even the Boorowa Ex-Serviceman’s Club (don’t ask). As half of Herbie and the Coleslaws Hamish won a number of premier comedy competitions including ‘St Kilda Just for Laughs’ and Canberra’s own ‘The Hot 5′.

Since going solo Hamish has become a much sought after corporate artist with audiences of all ages relating to his slightly bent views on everyday life. If you’ve ever giggled quietly at a red head stubbing their toe or wondered what the difference between Coke Zero and Diet Coke is then Hamish will have a song or an anecdote for you.

Like a cross between Kevin Bloody Wilson and Jack Johnson his songs are catchy, poignant and sometimes a little bit blue. So come along, leave your political correctness at the door and belt out something you’ve always wanted to say but haven’t been allowed to because the Greens say it’s naughty.

Emo Parsonson

"Emo Parsonson was the stand-out stand-up performing a rant about married life and shopping that brought the house down'" - City News, June 2009.

"Emo lived up to his impressive billing…having the audience in fits of laughter.” – Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

"Talking of lightweight, Emo Parsonson had a few insubstantial routines about country life, while his gag about checking in excess baggage of the emotional kind was laboured. Forgettable." -  Steve Bennett, Chortle.

"If you want to sort the wheat from the genetically modified wheat, Emo is your man." - National Farmers Federation.

"There hasn’t been such a huge misunderstanding since Jackson Pollack’s cleaning lady hung his drop sheet out to dry." - The Comedy Store Management.

"We don’t know where the eyebrow comes from. When he was 6 he said he wanted a dog and sure
enough, not long after that it showed up. I say careful what you wish for… " - Emo’s mum.

Emo Parsonson, an ex-shearing comedy maverick and father of three hailing from Wee Jasper. Is there anybody else in the world who can say that? No. Emo decided to give stand-up comedy a go after his shearing career didn’t work out and he hasn’t looked back, or has a bad back. He can never remember which.

Emo brings laughs thick and fast and is one of the most likeable comics performing today. His clean material and sharp observations make a night out with Emo a real joy. From tales of growing up on a farm to parenting teenagers Emo is sure to have you in stitches.

Emo is a veteran of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and has also launched and promoted live comedy shows throughout regional NSW as part of a self-guided plan to bring comedy to the bush. This has resulted in comedy being brought to towns such as Wagga Wagga, Goulburn, Yass, Cootamundra, Bateman’s Bay and Wee Jasper. The Wee Jasper show was delivered off the back of truck parked in the local pubs beer garden.

Chris Ryan

Chris Ryan oscillates between boozy slacker relaxed and Defcon 5 levels of anxiety, as she attempts to navigate day to day life. Bamboozled by failed suburbia and the horror that is the workplace, Chris unleashes laughs to make herself and others feel better about this crazy mixed up world.

Her self-deprecation and wry humour has seen her become an instant hit with comedy crowds, winning her the Raw Comedy ACT crown with her first performance. Since then she has performed in two sold out shows at the Canberra Comedy Festival, in a group show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival (2015) and supported headliners Luke Heggie, Dan Connell, Akmal, Sammy J & Randy, the Doug Anthony All Stars and more.
